Note: The Four Corners Water and Sewer District is currently in the construction phase of our final expansion. We have a limited amount of capacity remaining. Once this capacity is gone, we will be a closed district. If you have any questions please send an email to admin@fcwsd.org.
Fees for new hook-ups are $18,000 per EDU:
- Water: $4000
- Sewer: $11,000
- Infrastructure: $3000

Irrigation wells are permitted on residential lots over 1 acre and commercial lots over 2 acres. See below for permit applications.
